Default Cam doesnt spin with bearing caps torqued?

Hey, i was putting a d16z6 together last night and once i had the bearing caps torqued i put the cam gear on and noticed i was able to torque the bolt without haveing to hold the gear with something etc... well the cam doesnt spin at all. i used some plasti gauge and re torqued. From the dizzy side to the front of the motor i had no contact on the 5 4 and 3 bearing caps but 2 and 1 are like .03mm. btw it was with the green plasti gauge (.025-.076) so i take it the 1 and 2 are making major contact or something.. the cam cap/rocker system is could be warped? this sucks.... lmk what you think

Glad it worked out, I played that game before and swapping out the cam caps fixed my problem.
