I need to know how much can a B series cable hold... i have a J1 with out lsd and and am in the begining of building a b16 but i am leaning towards B20vtec can these trannys hold that much power i have heard of people going through these trannies fairly ealily. it has act clutch and cm flywheel thanks

if your planning a 500hp beast
your not gonna get much from the tranny.

 

no not a beast just a quick street car i was going to build a crvtec but now i have just decided to stick with the b16 and just a mild build since i have everything i need like ctr cams, valve train, pistons... nothing to crazy

just curious cuz when i had the car running when the tranny got hot or i got on it hard it seemed somewhat difficult to put into gear mainly first and second
