Using the compressor from the civic? The Helm repair book says the amount of oil along with the amount of refrigerant. But I don't have a book for civic...

If you're using the compressor from an integra (B18 donor) then use the amount based on that car. (The oil mostly stays in the compressor.)

A better question would be... Do you have a vacuum pump to evacuate the system before putting oil & refrigerant in?

Yeah i have access to all the tools thats not a problem... So i put the oil in through like the low preasure line or pour it directly into the compressor before i polt all the lines together.

p.s. It is the compresor from the civic and i dont have a helms...

p.p.s. where do i get ahold of one?
