A/C Refrigerant
Just curious. I was adjusting my actuator rod for my turbo and I was bending the a/c lines out of the way. Well after that it started spraying the refrigerant out all over the place. Just curious if this is bad for you to breath. I waited till it all leaked out but I inhaled a lot of it
Just a precaution.

Are you dizzy?
It's not poisonous (unless burned, chlorine) but can cause suffocation in an enclosed / lowest point area due to lack of oxygen. You just lost $90 / lb. if it was R-12.

The switch to r134 was not mandated until 1997 but some mfr's did it sooner. Some cars have been upgraded after market. Look for a sticker detailing r12 or r134a and a particular type of oil. if the schrader valve connectors for the ac system are quick connect then it is 134a and if they are threaded on the outside with a tapered tip then it is r12.
