Default A/C in a 4th GEN with a B18a1

Hey Everyone,

I just finished installing a b18a1 in my 90 civic si hatch. it runs and everything is perfect.. the last hitch I have is that the b18a1 I got had no AC bracket on it and the one from my d16 doesnt fit.

I would like to know if the d16 A/C compressor will bolt to the B18a1 A/C bracket if I go get one from a wrecker...

Please advise..

I dont wanna pull the A/C Cuz its charged and was blowing cold as ice.. seems like a waste to get rid of it!

To do it correctly, just buy the Hasport EFAC bracket kit! (**** and moan about the price all you want, but just buy it!!)

Here is a write-up on my AC re-install (89 hatchback with B18C)
