Bypass O2 sensor

The O2 sensor is an integral part of how your engine runs . . . . it's what keeps your engine at the proper air/fuel ratio. Nothing about an LS-VTEC should necessitate removing or bypassing it.
Unless you're talking about the secondary sensor after the cat.
