Default Burning Oil!

My setup is a d16z with arias pistons and ls rods. Bottom end built by RPS in Torrance and the top end was put together by me. I didnt seem to have a problem the first 6--8 months. My problem is during warm up the motor spits out liquid. It seems to be to liquidy to be oil. But after a week my back bumper is dirty. A mechanic metioned that i was burning oil. I did a compression test and the results were 195-195-200-200. I also add about a quart of oil a week (Mobil 15-50 syn.) If any one can help me or give tips with my problem i greatly apreciated.
