Will a B18 head bolt directaly on to a B16 block with no problems?

if you were to run that b18a head, on yor b16a your would lose all sorta power and if i'm right you would need to do the reverse of a ls/vtec swap,aka move the downel pins, plug oil lines on the head ect...

yeah, thats a horrible idea, don't do it unless there are absolutely no other options. poor flow head, no vtec, and torqueless block...
