Default Bubbles in overflow-already searched but this is a new problem

I have searched on many occasions on H-T the last few days and have not seen my problem in any threads. I have had bubbles in my coolant overflow for about two weeks now. I get it only after hard driving, my overflow goes to the normal "max" level (+/- of course), does not explode over, and I do not burn any coolant yet that is evident. My plugs are fine, my oil is fine (no coolant). I have used ARP studs, OEM HG, and permatex copper spray. I have noticed a bit of copper spray in the coolant but it may have been from the "edges" of the gasket on the water jacket. I have had bubbles before, but the overflow would pour right out and the culprit was the HG when that occurred. My compression is fine, I replaced the rad cap, and I have no visible coolant/air leaks. the car runs fine and I have beat it up to see if it worsens but it does not. The overflow has never emptied, nor has it ever poured over. The water pump is new also from the recent build. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I further rule out the headgasket without pulling the head? I have heat so I have ruled out the thermostat. This is on a boosted built H22 btw.

I appreciate any replies,

Duane

Check the radiator with a exhaust gas analyzer, if it shows exhaust coming out from the cap, you have a head gasket leak.

what kind of thermostat are you running, what is your coolant mix, do you have a large front mount ic, what are you using for engine management, what kind of afr's are you running under boost, what kind of rad do you have?

oem therm, 50/50 coolant:water, 29x6.5x3 fmic, hondata s200, 11.5 afr under boost, teg full rad (new oem) in civic hatch. I see it at 8 psi, 15 psi, no matter what. Almost seems like a loose coolant line somewhere but I have checked all of them. I will check again though.
