Default Broken FPR?

Troubleshooting some bogging that i'm having from time to time and need to know if this is normal. I have an AEM fpr installed and when i rev the engine the fuel pressure rises up about 5-10psi and then drops back down. Is this normal? I though fuel pressure was supposed to stay constant.

It's supposed to go up & down with manifold pressure. When you open the throttle the manifold pressure goes up (less vacuum), so the fuel pressure goes up to follow that.

Dang, dude, you still having problems with that AEM FPR. Well since I installed mine, I haven't had to adjust mine yet. It's still set at the stock setting. However at idle, it's around 25 to 30 or so, and at full throttle it rises up to about 40 or 42. Maybe you need a new spring in it. or something. That bog may be your timing. Did you advance your timing yet. or is it still stock.
