Default breather box vac lines

ok guys don't know where the other breather box vac line goes. obviously in the pic you can see where the one is cut and goes. but im not sure on the other. I was thinking that maybe back of intake, but all those hoses go somewhere else (boosted block). So I was wondering If i could plug that hole or now...........I know NOOB question

the one that is coming from the oil drain back passage goes to the open hole in the breather box (though there should be a nipple there) the one that still has the hoes on it coming out of the box should have a PCV valve on it and goes to the intake
