Breaking Up / Sputtering

Ok Heres The Deal. I Have A 1988 CRX HF Shell That I Picked Up. So I Put My B16A2 From My Other 91 HF In It And Harness Engine/Underdash, Its Converted To OBD1 With A Chipped P28 ECU With A B16 Base Map. I Got everything In And Started It Up "Code Free" So I Took It For A Drive It, It Runs Fine Great Throttle Response, Now Heres The Problem. You Can Creep Into VTEC Like 1/4-1/2 Throttle And VTEC Will Engauge. Now When Im In Full Throttle VTEC Breaks Up And Sputter Bad And Wont Engauge, Let Say I Flore It At 2k It Will Go And Pull Good And As Soon As VTEC Hits At 5500 It Will Break Up, Or Even If I Creep Into VTEC It, VTEC Will Engauge And Say I Flore It At 7k It Will Break Up then As Soon As I Hit Full Throttle, I Have No Codes, Ive Tried Other ECU's And Distributors And Injectors, Would A Bad TPS Or Vacuum Leak Cause This Idk What Else To Do So Any Info Would We Awsome

Thats not the problem its a stock motor and i got a chip for the stock motor, all this stuff came out of my other crx and it ran fine for over a year, and just to be sure ive tried a stock obd1 p30, still same thing, i was thinking it was fuel cuz it only does this full throttle so ive changed injectors, filter, lines, fuel pump same thing, would TPS do this because like i said VTEC engages fine at 1/4-1/2 throttle but anything over it will break up and sputter and wont go anywhere when VTEC engages full throttle

nope, and i thought maybe the chip wne tbad so i put a bone sotkc p30 and still same sh*t, here wat ive done so far, changed ecu,dizzy,injectors,plugs,wires,fuel reg,filter,new lines,fuel pump, oil change, took off vtec solenoid dissassembled and cleaned parts put it back togetyher and replaced both gaskets, its so weird never had a problem like this, my only problem is FULL THROTTLE VTEC, if i give it about1/4 throttle vtec will engage all day long anyhting more it will break up and sputter right at vtec egagement point, for example i can floor it ate 3k and it will pull and then when vtec hits at 5500 it will sputter break up and just no goes anywhere, oh and im code free, next im gunna replace intake mani gasket just incase theres a small leak idk wat else to do so any ideas ill try just let me know
A small intake manifold leak won't cause that so I wouldn't bother. That would more likely cause an issue at idle. At high rpm a small leak becomes insignificant because the pressure in the manifold is close to atmospheric so not much extra air will get in.

Try borrow an aem uego or similar from a friend.
Im not sure about stock ECU's but should the TPS be calibrated to a certain resistance set by honda. Like in My s300 its really easy calibrate the TPS.
Or buy a cheap b&m fuel presssure gauge that mounts to the stock fuel banjo bolt and hit your nearest dyno and monitor the pressure ,a dyno run wont cost much.

everything is 100% stock, just have some ITR cams but it wasnt a problem before, and i have a stock Fuel reg. and ive tried changing it too same thing, i mena like i said i just changed shells but the harness is from my previous rex and motor is the same i havent change nothing i painted the motor but i dont think that would cause my vtec problem, like i said ive had my other car running for 2 years, idk maybe its my oil pressure. how would i check that on a stock motor do i have to hook up a gauge????
