Default Breaking in Motor?

Just wondering if anyone knows of some good sites about breaking in a newly built motor with a turbo application? What steps to take?

Thanks!

I don't know of any sites, but I do know that when breaking in a motor you're not supposed to stay at the same speed/RPM for long, always slowly rev from low to mid RPM(not too high). I don't think it is wise to go over 120kmh either. I was told that you should drive like this for about 1000kms and then change the oil(you shouldn't put synthetic for the first 1000kms either.

hope that helped

Just do a normal breakin.... Don't install the turbo till after the motor is broken in... Put 1000 miles on the car keeping it under 3500rpm.... change the oil at 100, 500, and 1000 miles.... After that install the turbo and feel free to boost it up.. Have fun
