break pad noise
I just put Hawk HP plus pads on my car and they are beyond just a small squeak its more like a grit your teeth, close your ears, and pretend its not you because everybody is staring kinda of noise that is coming from them. Any help would be great.

Synthetic grease or "anti-squeal" compound should be used when installing new (stock) brake pads to keep them from squealing...I'm not sure about performance/aftermarket pads though. You'll want to grease the mounting clips, the back side of the pads and/or the shim that goes between the caliper and pad... HTH

I'm going to try that tomorrow as well as getting the rotors resurfaced I think that might also be part of the problem. Its definately coming from the rotor on the right side and it only happens when I press the break softly. Under hard breaking its fine.
