I would think they are different. but IDK really.
Thinking about don't some Teg parts fit Civic's?
May be try something like swap.com or even ask on D-series.org or on TurboD16.com

im not sure on the knuckles but when i had just bought my hatch i went to buy new pads and couldnt figure out why they wouldnt fit turns out the previous owner had put 96 ek calipers on it. Had to look for days wondering why the pads wouldnt fit hahah .

see i have a 92 dx i have brand new teg calipers for the front but its not a direct bolt on with out using teggy knuckles or ex knuckles different part numbers but they look the same did 92-95 exs come with abs or no
