Default Braking problem....i need help to solve this

On my 95 GS-r, I'm having brake issues......well, the brake pedal sinks down to the floor if you come to a complete stop.....i changed the master cylinder and bled the brake system 3 times already (manufacture spec).....my next guess is changing the power booster......what do you guys think????? here is the trick though, when the car and the brake system is cold, the brake pedal hold its pressure, but if you drive it for a while and let everything heats up to normal operating temp, that is when it starts to act up........remember the brake fluid is at its normal level.....help, please.......
