Default brake lights?

my break lights are out. my regular back lights work but not the break lights. i looked for a fuse but there isnt one for the break lights unless its not labeled or something. anyway i changed the bulbs and that is not the problem does anyone have any other idea of what the problem might be?

the fuse could be in the engine compartment with those fuses...check there, i think my friend had a problem with that too on his ex...we were unaware there were two fuses compartments, we only thought to look under the dash...but there is also one under the hood

It's probably your brake light swicth. It's located right above your brake pedal. Depress the pedal all the way and there should be a switch that completes the circuit so the brake lights can come on. You may be able to readjust the switch. If not you'll have to replace it.
