Brake install problem.....please help

Brake install problem.....please help

I cannot push the rear brake piston back in even with a C-Clap. I did not have this problem with the front yesterday. What do I need to do? Thanks.

parking brake?

it's mechanical but might give you the room you need.

You need to screw it back in.............you don't use a c-clamp on the rears.

get a flathead screwdriver, preferably a larger one, turn it sideways and trn the piston (thats if you dont have the sst)

yep, or, I take a pair of needle-nosed pliers open them up about an inch or so and put the tips in the the groove and screw it back in.

Thanks alot for the reply's I posted on ClubSi too and they just happened to reply first.
It's nice to know that you can rely on the Tech forum if you have a problem.
