I think your gonna have a hard time upgrading your brakes besides the normal performance brake pads for just 300 bucks.

Even if you did get bigger rotors youd have to remount your calipers to allow them to fit.. and it wouldnt even make a difference unless you got rotors and calipers. if you reused your stock calipers on your upgraded rotors youd still have the same surface area stopping you...

With $300, the best thing you can do is get a set of new pads with a higher performance compound and maybe some SS brake lines. Although this will make an improvement, I think you should just save up and get an 4 wheel Si or GSR brake system. The brakes you have now will eventually get to the point where you can't do much more to improve the pereformance and then what?

heres the best deal if you want to upgrade. get Civic EX or Integra hubs and spindles and calipers from a salvage yard or try http://www.car-part.com, they should be about $100-$125, get factory Honda pads and stainless steel lines from http://www.manhonda.com for about $150. Then go to local autoparts store and get new rotors for about $30 a piece or you can spring for cross drilled Brembos on Ebay or something. It may be a little over $300, but it will give you the result you are looking for. Hope this helps.
