Default BRAKE FLUID LEAK

I havent drove my car for a day, and when i came home and checked it out there was a puddle brake fluid all over the ground. The puddle was under the right axel/ wheel. I checked the master cylinder and all the fluid is gone. I just replaced the brake pads and resurfaced the rotors, but I did not change the calipers. Do you guys think that this could be a cause of the caliper?? Or Maybe the brakeline is cracked?? Please let me kno, I am planning to do a light overhaul of the car, New Axels alignment and hopefully new calipers over the next week.
