Who knows where to buy just the calipers in red? I've been looking for the calipers but majority of places sell the whole brake kit......but I only want the calipers.

You might try Brembo, Alcon, AEM, or Baer. Also Wilwood.
Contact them about buying the calipers alone.
Chancers are that your stock rotors won't accomodate an upgraded caliper.
Have you looked into caliper laquer? Just paint the calipers you have red?

Why don't you just go to an autoparts store and buy brake caliper paint, and paint them red.
