car will crank but not start, i have tried so many things. you name it i have done it. i have been trying to get my baby running for 11 days. dy16

THIS IS THE MOST RECENT WALL I HAVE RAN INTO WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS both -&+ labeled on coil are hot (+) please help

 

change the coil

 

i tried putting a whole new dizzy on it and nothing changed still would fire so i took it back ($200) and put the old one back on. now?

 

also at some point of time my vafc fried

 

im getting a surge in power from the green/yellow wire off main relay
