Default boosted b16 questions

I have a b16 turbo in an 89 rex... as of right now the whole front end is apart and my block is off the head. I want to keep a stock block and head (for the time being). I took the head off because after the turbo install i took off the cat and now i was blowing lots and lots of white and blue smoke from the exhaust, so i figured the head gasket was blown. Now that the blocks apart i want to make it as reliable as possible while still retaining stock internals. My list of mods will include a new headgasket, arp headstuds, arp exhaust manifold studs(i snapped 2 of the stockers), skunk2 throttle body, msd digital 6 ignition, skunk2 composite fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, full-race radiator, hondata intake manifold gasket. And possibly heatwrap the manifold and downpipe.

My question is for a stock block b16 running around 10lbs which headgasket would you recommend? What size throttle body? Maybe ill splurge and get new cams and gears too. What cams would you recommend? I had the skunk2 pro 2 cams in mind, any other suggestions?

For the headgasket, use a new Honda OEM 3 layer. It will hold up.
