Default boost to a 99 civic si

what can i do to my si that wont cost me too much to boost my torq i have a muffler and a cold air intake for now but would like to do more with out breaking the bank

I recommend a aftermarket header, such as http://www.dcsports.com, since you're doing the basic setup so far.

Go with the headers first because you get more out of it than cam gears at this moment. However, cam gears and pullies will be the next thing to do on the list. Make sure you get it tuned atleast when you put the cam gears in.

The DC 4-2-1 or the JDM headers would be my first 2. I got the 4-1 for my Si...lost midrange...gained top end. As for the pulleys I would stay away from a crank pulley. The 3 whp your gonna see isn't worth messing up your bearings or your crank. Get the cam gears and an AFC and YES def get your car tuned at a dyno!
