Default boging...GSR hatch

ok i just dropped this built head on a Stock C1 block. if i ease on the gas it revs smooth but if i floor it it kills. if i let go of the gas it holds fine....the things ive done,
ran a mugen chip on my P72 and was like sh@t...i tried another program got a lil better but same thing....i removed the chips all together and it revs a oh lot better but still bogs if i punch it. i then intalled the intake and it went to sh@t again...i left it running removed it again and revs fine (easing on the gas). this is without a intake at all open TB...
running stock FPR, i have a adjustable one but dont have a gauge that is why i havnt installed it. could it be my stock mixture is preventing it from reving and bogging? need to get car running to get back up north to base!!!!

here are the specs on the head..

1st gen b16a and manifold
full all motor race port(done by oscar of JG before he left) a.k.a. redline series
Welded combustion chambers (40.2cc to be exact, which makes it smaller than the gsr combustion chamber)
JG spring and aluminum retainer package tested to hold skunk stage 3!!!
Type R valves, new seals and guides, standard valve job\resurface
~35 thou mill
taped for a coolant temp sensor
hondata gasket matched to ports of head
Crower stage 1 cams
timing set at 16

fuel can be an issue but not enough for the engine to noticibly bog. try a complete tune-up, get a fuel pressure gauge and double check your timing. if none of those help then do a cylinder compression test and if possible a leakdown test. check engine light on?
