Default Bogging with motor swap

Motor bogs as if timing is retarded. Tried advancing it more and still bogs. I rev it up, it revs up fine but real slow. Car is obd0 motor is obd1.

Cliffs notes:
-Modifed injectors for clips to fit (dremeled the tabs inside)
-Using obd0 distributor
-Old obo1 motor was working fine but with MSD digital 6 ignition external coil
-New motor was working fine in another car

p72 and tried a chipped p28. Both ecus ran fine before motor swap. Thinking it's misfiring, probably got firing order reveresed, will check out tomarrow.
