Default bogging and misfire in B16A. help...

OK, last night on the way home I noticed some hesitation. When I fired it up this morning, whitish blue smoke started pouring out, and it smoke all the way through the rpm, and it lacks power severly. It idles at about 500rpm, and will fall down to about 100rpm and just sit. It's drinking gas horribly. And when I stopped at the gas station, there were sludgy pools of gas in the muffler tip. I just changed the spark plugs, thinking that I fouled one. All were completely black, but the tips were in good shape. I'm not sure what else it can be besides the plug wires, distributor, or valve lash. Please help me out here.

Blue smoke usually means oil burning. I would do a compression test.

could be your'e head gasket - you may be leaking coolant into the combustion chamber - that will cause whiteish smoke, and would explain the loss of power. I would bring it to a mechanic, or pull off the cylinder head if you feel comfortable w/ that stuff...
