blox manifold install

My intake manifold for by b16 should be arriving in 2 days, and i need some information on how to swap over the injectors to the new manifold (i.e how to take them off without tearing the little black grommets.) thanks and happy new year to all

buy new orings and grommets, they are pretty cheap.

also do i just simply twist or pull the injectors out?

They just pull out after you remove the fuel rail. You won't tear or rip the seats or the o-rings. Just dont loose them.

New ones can be obtained at a dealer, unless you are using aftermarket injectors...
