Default Blowing Smokes From Muffler

What are some cause for the car to blow smokes from the muffler. My Engine is a B18C1. The smokes is not dark, but you can smell it, and leaving a cloud of smoke behind when i punch the car.

I used an Ohmmeter and tested it, the plugs varies from 3-6.5 tested. is that good or what?
