Default blowing black smoke

I have a 91 ed7 with a b18a1. I converted it to obd1 and I bought a p75 ecu off craigslist. Didn't ask any questions on the ecu. I got it all hooked up and idling but, during idle its puffin out block smoke. I try to take it for a spin but it just bogs out and makes sounds like a "back/misfire". I take that its getting too much fuel. My guess its the ecu but its not throwing any codes. Any suggestions?

Do you know if the ECU is chipped? If it is it might have a tune on it set for another car that has different injectors then you do.

You need a PR4 ECU OBD1 generation.
