Default blower motor power transistor

Hey can someone tell me what the blower motor power transistor look like?

My A/C fan only works on high.
I have found out that the power transistor is a likely cause.
I need help in finding and identifying this part on my car.
I have the glove box out, but am not quite sure which part is the power transistor.

I took one part out that had two screws holding it to the evaportor box and behind the plug connector there was a third screw.
Pulled it out and it is a large part that looks like it has a cast metal heat sink on the end.
Is this the power transistor?
Thanks.
Billy.
