block guard

how do you guys feel about block guards, ive read good and bad.
what do you think the best way to install them are, just press them in or weld them in and plain the deck after?

get the real deal sleeves and call it a day

I have a GE blockguard in my high C/R Y8, sleeving the block would have been a little overkill

Can you still justify getting sleeves instead?
