Default Black soot in exhaust

Soall I have for exhaust is a dump off the turbo and about 8 inches of stainless and I noticed the inside of the pipe is wet and black... Car hasn't been driven hard yet,

Is my turbo fucked?

Its called condensation and is a normal byproduct of combustion. You just never noticed until now because you're thinking something is going to be wrong.

To be sure, run a compression test.
