how do i get in contact with bisi, for a tune? i went on his website and emailed them but theyve yet to reply (its only been a day). but ive seen him post on this forum a few times. so hopefully he sees this.

There's a rep on here that posts occasionally, think it's like janet@bisimoto. Have you called them?

 

He goes through reps like most people change their underwear. I think Janet, his wife, is the only one that ever really gets anything done on the CSR side of things. I would call if you want some sort of service. Even then you may not get an answer the first few times. Last time I tried to get hold of them it took a close to 2 weeks for them to get back to me. That was 2 years ago, I have since gone to other suppliers because customer service is a big thing for me. I'm not sure if anything has changed.

I know they just recently got rid of one of their reps. So it may be even harder to get in touch with someone there now.
