Default Binding axles?

I already asked this in the 92-00 Civic forum... with no reponses. Maybe I'll have luck here?

Ok so my car is low. Its on Ground Controls that are currently STUCK so i can't raise it. Anyways I go through axles a lot and im pretty sure its the ride height. I just aquired some Drive Shaft Shop Stage 2 axles and i can FEEL it shake at low speeds due to binding. I got some H&R Sport springs with new AGX shocks going on by the weekend, but im wondering if anyone has ever had this problem with a LOW car?

I have a B18C5 swap with the factory LSD transmission... i have heard that LSD transmissions may make a difference in the axles you use.. is this true?

lsd dont affect anything besides performance. remove the dust gaurds inside your hub where the axle goes in.

I dunno if thats such a great idea. Wheel bearings are a bitch to change.

How low is is it? My car's front jack joint is 5" off the ground and I have no problem with axles. What kind of axles have you been breaking?

not wheel berarings, dust guards/covers... its a thin plastic like piece inside the hub where the axle touches when inserted... mine had to be removed when did a b-series in my eg hatch.

that is a dust ring that is intended to be there from the factory......THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INSIDE OF THE INTEGRA HUB AND THE CIVIC HUB!!!!

Your problem lies in your ride height. If you are going straight and you feel this that means your inner joints are binding. Inner joint bind = BAD! I suggest you find a way to un stick your GC sleeves and get that puppy off of the ground!

Damn low at the moment. The GC's are all the way down, but almost. My car's front jack point, (on the side of the car) is less than 4" off of the ground. I've broken autozone reman's, napa reman's and now im using Drive Shaft Shop axles that im trying not to destroy. I just got some H&R Sport springs and new AGX's going on as soon as i get a new front shock fork. (bolt snapped)

How much more clearance would that give you? .005"? I dont think thats going to help me.

Thanks. Hopefully installing the H&R's will help. Then I'll boil the GC's so I can get the damn adjustment screws loose.
