BIG TIME clutch problem !!!
My clutch pedal doesn't seem to have enough room to allow me to put the engine into gear. I adjusted the pedal as far as I could.
Also, it makes this LOUD chatter when my foot is OFF the pedal. It is very loud, but it goes away once I step on the clutch.
Of course, this started happening about a month after we put in ACT XtremePP/street disc and CM flywheel.
What should I do? Thanks!

Does it sound like this in this movie clip at http://home.attbi.com/~mechanik08/soundofclutch.MPG ??
We experienced the same problems in a 93 EX with 170K. Chattering noise when clutch pedal was not pushed down. Noise went away when clutch was engaged. The mainshaft in the tranny is bad. We replaced the tranny with a 95 DX tranny. Gears are longer, but oh well, we want to swap anyway soon.
If you take out the tranny, and you can wiggle the mainshaft around (play in the mainshaft) than it is bad.

$10 says you popped a spring out of your clutch disk and it's wedging in sideways between the flywheel and pressure plate. Every honda clutch I've had has failed this way.
