Best setting for SFC-VTEC controller?

I just bought a SFC-VTEC controller and I need to know best settings for racing and also the best setting to save gas. I know how to work the VTEC but I'm more concerned about how rich or lean I should run. It's for my GSR swap in my coupe.

Depends on your set-up...find a shop with a dyno and wideband...
