Hey guys i need your help on something. Im looking to swap a engine in my 88 crx. Im looking at either a b16 swap or a gsr swap. My friends say my rex will hit mid 14's with a tuned b16 and low 14s or maybe high 13s with a gsr, however they also said a gsr swap would be much more of a hassle, mainly because of the engines weight in a rex. Im looking to build up my engine decently and then get Nitrous. Thanks for you help.

 

I'd do B16. You'll be really happy with it. You can run mid-high 14's with a stock B16 in a CRX.

 

The crx is probably the easiest and cheapest way to go.I would go a gsr,contact HMO and they can do a gsr swap for a crx with everything converted for it to work.
