i am going to be doing a b16 swap and i was wondering what hearders are better: 4-2-1 or 4-1? or which headers affect the torque more or hp? any help would be great!!

One of the most common flames on Honda-Tech is flaming someone for referring to their header as headers. The common procedure goes something like this:

"WTF, n00b! Do you have two? As far as I know, Hondas only had one header. j00 have a V8 in yer Civic!?!?"

Just giving you a heads up.

It really depends on the header, though. Do a search, and see what kind of gains people make with different brands.
