Default Best ecu for GSR setup in an EF hatch?

I have searched and didnt come up with anything. So what would be the best setup for a 95 b18c1 in a 91 hatch? Skunk2 manifold, so secondary butterfly is irrelevant.

Mugen Chipped pr3
p72 conversion
p28 conversion

Plans are to mildy mod (i/h/e, possibly some mild cams in the future) will stay n/a
Please explain the significance of your response. tia

Have you converted to OBD-1 or are you running the motor at OBD-0 levels?

currently it is wired for obd0. I am just curious if it is worth it to go obd1 and why?

If you deactivate them or switch intake manifolds you'd still be able to used a chipped p28 or a p30.

I got the same set up i didnt feel like doing the obd1 conversion so i just used a b16 dist, injectors and a chipped pr3 so i only had to run 1 02 sensor and 4400 vtec crossover, and 8200 rev limit and i smoke v8 mustangs all day long

also it would be a good idea since obd1 is superior to obd0 and a lot more of ecu's available
