Default Best ECU for B17A1

I am currently using the P61. Would swapping this ECU for a P30 or P72 benifit the engine at all? What are the Pro's and Con's?

P30 seems to be a little leaner and slightly more aggresive then the P61, so you could try that. but why not chip it with a mild program.

P72 will run little too rich and not very well suited either to the b17a, too low of a vtec.

Is it possible for me to chip the P61? If so, what are the prices for the chips?

My frined has a chiped P28, it says chiped by Davis on the case. He was using it on a SOHC D16Z6. I should have no problem if I try to use the P28 then?

yes a P61 is chipable it will run P30 code without any problems. basically its a P30 ECU with altered maps.

yes P28 is the cheapest alternative and will work great. I offer few mild programs such as J's, RS Azinawa, Superchips which will feel much better then stock but not sacrifice the gas mileage all that much at the expense of power.
