Default best cams for LS/VTEC??

i was thinking of buying a CTR intake cam and an ITR exhaust cam to run on my LS/VTEC, i currently have a JDM B16 gen 1 head on a B18B block, it still have everything pretty much stock, only major difference is the skunk2 intake manifold and the Si pistons..... any good suggestions on a good cam combo?

Skunk2 Stage I for mild, Stage II for good increase. If you get Stage II get a VAFC and high compression pistons.

Well it depends on what you want. Just moderate power or a killer.

a killer....... i auto-x my teg, and am trying to run ECHC, so i am trying to stay within ithe limits, but i believe any cams are allowed. but i've also got a friend with an EG with a B18C5, and it pisses him of that he can't beat my Teg..... so i figure if i uprgrade the cams it will **** him off even more.

Just curious, what modifications did you do to your block?

For OEM i would just go CTR or ITR... If you are really going to be flowing the air through then maybe a Skunk or Toda. I would really only recommend them for higher compression motors which have ported heads and a decent amount of fuel because they will take a little tuning. CRVTEC, 12.5:1 JE's, Portflow GSR head with CTR intake cam, RC 310cc injectors, Skunk manifold, P73 ECU, with VAFC...12.6@107 in a full interior EK.. Toda B's are going in soon

nothing.... yet, it was one of those "i wonder if i can do it b/c i've got most of the parts already" projects..... total cost on building the engine... about $600

when i tear it down in a couple months:
Z10 block girdle
KMS blockguard
.25 oversize CTR pistons
knife-edged and balnanced crank
whole bottom end balanced and blueprinted
