There's not really a such thing as best cam/piston combo.

For pistons, CP or JE makes good pistons

What are your power goals? Are you looking to have a race port job done on your head. If not than a stage 3 might be a tad much.

Bisimoto Engineering sells some good quality stuff. Give there website a once over and see what brands they use. They list all the specs and related parts for all there products.www.bisimoto.com. If you watch the top shop challenge videos he names off a lot of the brands that he used in his 360whp N/A F22. I'm sure the products that they sell for the B series are just as reliable.
