Default Best brake disc

Which brake disc is principally the best? Just a piece of metal without any grooves or holes, the disc with only grooves, the disc with only holes or the disc with both grooves and holes? I've heard that the holes are there only for weight reduction reasons and the disc without holes should be more compact.

Get some regular Brembo blanks or some Autozone disks. Invest in some good pads if you're concerned with braking capability. Try Andy at this website http://www.cobaltfriction.com. "Cobalt" is his user name on HT. He's a good guy that will hook you up with what you NEED, and not try to sell you crap you don't.
