Default Best all motor setup?

what is the best way to go if i plan on going all motor? h22, b20vtec, gsr?
something that will hit low,mid 12's in an eg hatch.

probably an h22 port and polished, new cams, springs, retainers, bored tb, Lightweight Flywheel, header, intake, exhaust and anything else you can do to it.

you can do it with any of those motors...imo get an ls-vtec, b16 pistons, some good headwork and you'll do pretty well.

i can do the swap myself, i'm just looking into what kind of setup to go with. but as far as the headwork goes, i'll hit you guys up when i figure out which route i'm gonna go
