Default best all motor lsvtec setup

what is the best all motor lsvtec setup i am @ 180 whp i am trying 2 get 2 250 all motor mods are high flow cat,exhaust ,headers , intake cam gears , vafc its on a 99 block 95 jdmb16 head suggestion welcome i searched twice i need its 2 be streetable

I've heard a lot of people have had success running b16a or CTR pistons to increase the compression. I know they'll fit with the stock LS head but I don't know if they'll fit with the b16 head. That point aside, raise the compression, the stock LS only has like 9:1 compression, so if you bump it up to say 11:1 then you'll have a significant increase in power. Also, get some more aggressive cams, I won't say which because someone will always disagree, port the head a bit, get an ITR or other comparable intake manifold, and have the VAFC tuned by a shop that does such things.

i have aem cam gears some suggested itr cam will ctr slugs fit with out mods i have b16 oversized slugs now
