As the topic title reads, apparently my head bent some valves (which is what i get for letting someone else race my car) and will need to rebuild the head and hopefully it is just the head.

im wondering what kind of valves should i drop in there? i was thinking skunk2 stock size high compression valves, anyone have any suggestions?
