Default bent frame - easy fix?

I bought this 95 hatch and didn't even take notice the dent in the bulkhead region. Just wondering what anyone here thought before i go get a quote on repair if it's worth it.

Seems like its been in a crash, hmmm find a place with an autorobot frame bender and ask them the price to pull it. Be sure to take crossmeasurements now to see if its within factory tolerances. Did it drive straight?

Take it back! Did he tell you that it was crashed or not?

I would not even drive it.... that doesnt look to good. Plus it wont ever drive like it once did

not true, that aint no big thing, sure you need to fix it, but i had a car that the fraim rail was bent to like 45 degrees, i had it fixed and it drove strait with no alignment, it just depends who fixes it, frame work is an art, you need to find the right artist.

oh so true, my adad is a bodyman of 30 years, and he IS the main guy who does all the frame machine stuff, he gets NOTHING but compliments on how well the car was fixed. if you take it to a reputable shop thery CAN fix it so its like brand new. hadto do it to my civic, it drives soo straight.

bullcrap, i could fix it if the rail was stuffed in the firewall and it would line up and drive as good as a new one, you have no idea what your talking about. it needs put on a frame machine and checked-aligned if necessary.

actually i did have a del sol with a bent framerail! I got it done at a professional shop!(insurance paid) just letting you know! dont make assumptions without knowing or askiing.

After they were done with it they said it needed alignment since it was not straight.. I asked why since the aligmet before was good.. The shop had no answer!

anyways....Anything can and will be done if neccesary if need be, but if your willing to chance it and always have a reminder in your head that it was crashed and had frame damage thats your choice!

Why dont you confront the seller and tell him why didnt he say anything about it?

rip94delsol...so they told you specifically it needed an alignment. So you didn't get one and afterwards it didn't drive straight

Hmmm I wonder why

no! i did it myself at work like i did with other vehicles and it still had a curve to right!

anything is possible and its your choice to rock it or not but if its me i would not be able to stand having a crashed frame!
