Default Bench bleeding ?

I recently installed a new brake master cylinder on my 93 si. However, I did not get all the air out of the cylinder when trying to bench bleed it. Is this going to cause any damage to the piston seals or will I just have to get all the air out by bleeding the brakes? Thanks.

just bleed the **** out of the brakes. Thats what I did. I didn't really get how to bench bleed at the time. I get it now but I already bled them well.
