Default Belt Throwing Problem

Like the topic says. I keep throwing my alternator belt. I have a 99 civic si with a full race turbo kit. No ac only alternator and p/s. I took the ac compressor off and then it started throwing the belt off it. Any idea? Thanks.

There is a tensioner that you can get at with a 14mm socket. Loosen it, pull toward the firewall hard to tension the belt, then have your buddy or gf tighten the 14mm bolt back up.
